Upcoming classes and workshops led but Javi
A slow, supported practice focused on gentle thoracic opening and parasympathetic nervous system activation. This class uses restorative postures to reduce chest wall tension, improve breath mechanics, and downshift stress physiology (vagus nerve stimulation via slow movement and sound). The session closes with a sound bath to promote alpha/theta brainwave states associated with relaxation and emotional processing. Best for: stress, grief, emotional fatigue, and nervous system overload. No prior yoga experience required.
Participants will explore impact play, dominance/submission dynamics, and the psychological components that make kink pleasurable. The workshop also covers foundational sexual techniques—including oral sex, manual stimulation, and sexual positions—along with movement or yoga exercises that support flexibility and physical comfort. Space is made for discussing anxiety about performance, body movement, and confidence. Participants will integrate their knowledge of boundaries, communication, and pleasure from earlier workshops.
A long-hold Yin practice targeting fascia around the hips, spine, and chest, paired with structured self-inquiry (svadhyaya). Stillness increases interoceptive awareness and reduces cognitive noise; journaling immediately after poses supports memory consolidation and emotional labeling (shown to reduce limbic reactivity). Journals are provided with prompts designed to explore patterns of self-abandonment, protection, and desire. Best for: emotional clarity, burnout recovery, and self-reflection. Low-intensity, beginner-accessible.
Hearts on Deck is a gentle somatic flow designed as an end-of-month check-in and integration practice. The class uses slow, intuitive movement, breath awareness, and supported heart-opening shapes to help you notice what February’s work stirred up in your body and nervous system.
Rather than focusing on emotional release, this practice emphasizes sensing, organizing, and settling—tracking how openness feels and how your system responds to effort, rest, and support. This makes it a bridge from reflection into embodied readiness for March.
The class closes with a sound bath to support nervous system downshift and help integrate the physical and emotional themes of the month.
Best for: end-of-month reset, emotional integration, and nervous system regulation.
All levels welcome. Beginner-friendly.
